1. Who creates my plan — and can I change it myself in the app?
Your plan is set up by your manager on a PC. In the app you can view the plan, but not change it. If something needs adjusting, let your manager know and they'll sort it out.
2. How do I check in from the plan?
Tap your own day in the plan, and a "Check in" button appears. Don't see it? That usually means the entry is missing a machine/piece of equipment or a task — or you've tapped on someone other than yourself. You can only check in on your own plan.
3. Can I see what my colleagues are doing?
Yes. You see not only your own plan, but also what your colleagues are scheduled on — for the same day and week. You have to actively select which colleagues you want to see.
4. Why does absence show in the plan, and why is it red?
If you or a colleague has registered absence — holiday or sick leave, for example — it's shown in red in the plan. This is perfectly normal; the app pulls the absence in automatically. You don't need to do anything.
5. Why can't I add others to the plan?
It's the manager who decides who works where. As a regular user, your job is to view the plan and check in — the planning itself is done by your manager on a PC.
6. Why don't I see "Plan" under Hours in the app?
The most common reason is that "Plan" hasn't been enabled for your company — the module has to be switched on by an administrator. If your colleagues can see the tab but you can't, you may not have the right access, or your app may not be updated to the latest version. Try updating the app first, then contact your manager or your administrator.
