📱Troubleshooting – The app crashes on startup (Android/IOS) (en)

If the Ditio app closes by itself on startup, it is most often caused by an issue with the device’s browser settings or app data.

 đź”§Step 1 – Make sure Google Chrome is the default browser (Android)
 

  1. Open Settings → Apps
  2. Tap Default apps
  3. Select Browser app → Chrome
  4. Restart your phone

🧹  Step 2 – Clear the Ditio app’s data 

  1. Go to Settings → Apps → Ditio Core
  2. Tap Storage
  3. Select Clear data and Clear cache
  4. Open the app again and log in

🍎  For iPhone users 

  • Make sure Safari is set as the default browser.
  • If the problem persists, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store.

Contact support if the problem continues. Please include:

  • Device model
  • Operating system version
  • When the error occurs (at check-in, when opening the app, or while loading)
